வெளிச்சத்தில் இருள் நிறைந்திருப்பது போல அறிவிலே தெய்வம் என்ற நிலை இருக்கின்றது.
CONCLUSION
Kundalini Yoga has been adapted and simplified to suit modern individuals. A person’s personality reflects the sum total of their actions (karmas), which should be purified completely. Through the SKY system, one can achieve peace of mind, intellectual sharpness, and a heightened sense of duty consciousness simultaneously.
By surrendering body and consciousness to God and society, individuals attain a state of peace known as “Perinbam” in Tamil, meaning the highest pleasure or ecstasy. This happiness and peace remain continuous and unaffected by external events. Let us all strive to attain this invaluable treasure within ourselves.
When individuals recognize the greatness of their own selves, they attain heightened consciousness and develop respect for the needs and ambitions of others. Such perfection fosters and maintains peace within oneself, among individuals, and among nations. Only then can all problems be resolved.
The SKY system guides individuals towards spiritual perfection and the realization of the Self. As the saying goes, “Happiness is never perfect unless it is shared.” Therefore, let us all share this eternal bliss with one another and collectively enjoy everlasting happiness.
